Leadership

Although originally from the UK, Daniel has given over half of his professional career to the residential remodeling industry in the US. It’s his dream to help as many people as he can achieve the American dream. 

At Castrum he is the Director of Sales, ensuring that our team stays focused on serving our prospective customers at the highest level. He insists that our experts don’t push to sell what they want to sell, instead he guides the team to only sell what our customers want and need.

Garrett is a family man, he and his wife Brooke has been together since 2009 he has three kids born in three different decades so he knows firsthand how hard it can be to achieve the American dream because he works hard for it every day. 

At Castrum, Garrett is the Director of Marketing, he leads our team towards helping homeowners take the first step toward better protecting everything they hold dear from the elements outside. And that first step is simply meeting with one of our experts just to get a free inspection and estimate for any exterior remodeling work that might be needed for our potential customer’s home.

Nic values his privacy. And we know many of our customers do as well. He was drawn to the idea of building a company where families could be served with what they need in a way that shows them the utmost dignity, in an industry where that can be severely lacking. That said, for Nic work is for work time, family is for family time, and everything has its time and place. So you can trust that he is always thinking about the best interests of everyone involved. Otherwise, lines can get blurred… and frankly, some things should never mix.

So it makes sense that at Castrum, Nic acts as our Director of Operations and Scheduling, keeping the organization functioning like a well oiled machine. And he truly is the glue that holds it all together.

  • Make sure you are getting fair and responsible pricing. As we all know, there is always someone who will do it cheaper. Castrum Exteriors & Construction does continuous cost information sharing with the insurance companies and is always aware of current pricing. Insurance companies do continuous research in the ever-changing costs for repair and replacement in order to pay the lowest and fairest cost to their insured. The insurance company expects you to use a professional quality contractor that can do replacement work in a timely manner, pay all bills promptly to avoid material and mechanic liens, provide quality communication and service during the process, and ultimately warrant all work. Insurance proceeds typically provide sufficient compensation for a professionally managed contractor to provide proper service to its clients.

  • There are no deposits required when Castrum Exteriors & Construction works for insurance proceeds. (Residential Only) Once a roof is substantially complete, a payment equal to the actual cash value and deductible is due. Final payment is not due until all insurance proceeds have been received by you. If you have signed a cash contract, no payments are due until the work is complete.

    All payments are subject to your contract terms.

  • In the event, your insurance carrier has determined you have a valid claim and you have your check, you have the opportunity to interview various contractors and receive competitive proposals. It is imperative that you base your decision not only on the value received but also on the reputation and professionalism of the contractor.
